10) Rugged Hydraulic Pressure Indicator.
Based on a specially produced hydraulic pressure transducer, the instrument provides indication of hydraulic pressure up to 500Bar.
11) High Pressure Break Press Controller.
The controller ensures that the beam of the break press maintains its horizontal state, despite uneven loading. The system is based on a closed loop control using two beam height position sensors to indicate the current beam position. The break press is capable of bending 0.25" thick steel plate along an axis of up to 9 feet.
12) Remote Pulse Counter/Logger.
A controller designed to monitor and count pulse trains at a remote site. Counter values can be monitored and reset using a bi-directional 2 wire communications system, based on the RS485 standard. The controller was designed to provide an additional function to complement the standard range of units already being manufactured by the customer.
